  • 在这项目中，我们要把一座现有的大楼提到一个更高的设计标准，给予它一个全新的面貌。需要从新翻新的部分包括了外观面、入口空间和公寓，增加更额外的项目，如餐厅和商业办公室，并把新的绿化环境溶合进内来配合建筑物。因大楼的结构已经存在，所以在要提供最高标准的设计途中，我们曾遇到过很多的障碍

    Entry to the apartments and office buildings were already set above ground level so we dedicated the entry a grand stair case flooding out of the space with an eye catching gold leaf mosaic tile lift lobby located behind a fire stair. The sales office (adjacent) was conceived as a lifestyle canopy filled with the images and models of the project -a fully saturated environment with glimpses of the outside world.

  • A new Identity was required for a building that was being constructed as it was being re-designed to a higher standard. We were re-designing the facade, entry spaces, apartments, adding additional program such as a restaurant and sales office, and integrating new landscaping to suit the building. The structure was already in place so there were many obstacles to navigate in order to provide the best possible design standards.
